luxurious bed early check-in
the service i received from the front desk staff was great, they were very cordial and accommodating when i arrived early at 5:45 am after a long international flight. they even arranged an early check-in since a room was available, and i appreciated sleeping in a luxurious bed so much
the wi-fi speed in the room was a bit slow, and it wasn't always stable, slightly inconvenient when i needed to work

great design water station filtered water
the beautiful king room had a great design and furniture. infused water was available in the lobby for topping up my water bottle daily. the room had a filtered water station, amazing.
the minibar, positioned close to the bed, made a noticeable noise while chilling water as i tried to sleep.

Charmed by the Hotel's Excellence
warm welcome direct access covered overpass peaceful room
From arrival. Every interaction felt warm and professional. The team consistently were pretty good, showing attention to detail (I even got a small surprise!). The location is unbeatable with direct access to the MRT. Major shopping malls and dining are a short walk via a covered overpass. I found everything I needed at my doorstep. The hotel offers a calm atmosphere in the heart of the city. Despite the location, my room was peaceful.
The breakfast was a bit too busy. It took me a little while to get a table.

The gym offered three treadmills and two stationary bikes, nice for varied workouts. The pool area had twenty loungers and a shaded section, providing ample relaxation space. Guests also had access to a full-service spa.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Slippers were provided (very comfortable ones!). A minibar was available, with a tap for cold and hot drinking water. I appreciated the balcony with its very nice view.

The hotel is next to Raffles Hotel and a short walk from shops and restaurants. Guests can easily walk to the Merlion statue. The hotel is above a mall, offering direct escalator access for shopping. The MRT station is accessible directly from the hotel.

Some issues need attention.
absent socket tripping risk
The parking situation felt odd. I learned that complimentary parking did not exist because the shopping mall manages the carpark. This detail cost me extra. The electrical sockets next to the bed were also strangely absent. I needed one for medical equipment, yet staff could only offer an extension cord, which becomes a tripping risk.

I appreciated the hotel's direct access to the Raffles City mall. I found many options for food and shopping there. The breakfast buffet had tons of delicious food options. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The wifi login process was a little difficult.
